Report a problem

If something has gone wrong with a company on our register, tell us. We act as a go-between to help resolve it — and members who breach our code of practice are removed from the register.

What happens next

1We read every report and check it against our code of practice.
2We contact the company and put your account to them, giving them a chance to respond.
3We try to broker a resolution. Where a member has clearly breached the code, they are removed from the register.

We're not a regulator and we can't compel a company to pay compensation. If a crime has been committed, or waste from your home has been fly-tipped, please also contact the police or your local council.
